Self-acceptance is the foundation of Happiness.
There are so many ways in which we can blame, shame or even hate
ourselves that we can lose track of how to love ourselves again. When we open up to what we have denied or rejected in ourselves, we immediately notice an internal change. This is Self-acceptance.
In this workshop you will be involved in exploring what stops you to
accept yourself as you are, to release it and to practice self-love and
loving others.
