Some might not be aware of it, but feeling wrong is one of the core issues that we face in our life. It is something that consciously or subconsciously we are dealing with every day. Thoughts like: “I’m not good enough. I’m not worth it. I can’t do it. I’m incapable. I don’t have the right. I’m not lovable. I don’t deserve…” can haunt and influence us and we can become convinced that they are true, with negative emotions and feelings as a result.
Driven by this conviction, we will be endlessly striving to improve ourselves to prove to ourselves and others that we are good enough, we are deserving, we are lovable…in the hope of not feeling these emotions anymore, without ever really getting there.
During this 2 –day weekend workshop you will be supported in exploring these convictions from various perspectives and find practical “exits” to break though the barriers of conditioning:
⋆ Exploring the nature of negative thoughts and how to reduce their power;
⋆ Being present to and expressing the emotions and feelings associated with feeling wrong;
⋆ Exercising acceptance and love for ourselves and others.
