During this workshop we’ll explore in which area of our life and in which parts of our body we feel constricted and work on them to experience more openness and freedom!
After participating in this workshop you’ll feel more free and open within, and with others. You’ll be supported to trust that there is light at the end of the emotional tunnel and to take small or big steps out of your fear-zone. You’ll be able to allow feelings and be less afraid to expose and express them to yourself and others.
