Many meditative techniques require one to sit still and be quiet. But for most of us accumulated stress in our bodymind makes that difficult. Osho Dynamic is an energizing morning meditation that opens breathing, body and inner energies, followed by witnessing and dancing.
It is a thorough way to break old and ingrained patterns in the body-mind, release tension and withheld emotions and have an experience of psychological freedom, silence and peace.

8.00 to 9.00 Meditation
Bring comfortable clothes, a change of clothes, thick and not slippery socks and a bottle of water. The meditation is very intense physically and needs to be done on an empty stomach.
