During this short, half day workshop, we will EXPRESS OUR STRESS using shaking to activate all our body cells. After shaking we will have some time for monkey-caging: making noise, punching pillows, throwing balls, going crazy! Then, it’s time for the relaxing part. We will be silent for some time, enjoying the space we’ve created and letting all the energies find their new place in us. Through a guided relaxation exercise we’ll get ready for the rest of the weekend, discharged, refreshed and energized!
