We often find ourselves wanting to genuinely “let go” of our problems, emotions, bad behavior, negative thinking patterns, relationship issues, control attitudes etc. but despite our good intention it just doesn’t happen. These things seem to be too “sticky” or we seem to be unable to do the “letting go”, no matter how many times we try, tell ourselves to change or how many efforts we make. In other cases, we seem to be too scared to let go of something and therefore often prefer to hold on tightly, even if it hurts and keep us bound.
