ABOUT THIS CLASS: BIOENERGETICS IN YOUR LIVING ROOM!
Try something different! We will take you on a 1 hour journey of BIO-ENERGETICS on Zoom. Bio-energetics is an approach to therapy by Alexander Lowen, focusing on the mind, body, and the energy flowing between them. We will do a series of different body postures that will help you to discharge tensions, relax the mind and feel more grounded in your body. It is really necessary in this period! This is going to be fun!
• Dress comfortably
• Don’t eat a heavy meal before the session
• Make sure your have a YOGA MAT or similar
• Everyone is welcome, the whole family can join! Feel free to invite your housemates.

ABOUT THIS SHAKE SESSION:
Try something different: we will take you on a 30 minute journey of shaking and gibberish on Zoom. Shaking the body in a spontaneous and loose way and making non-sense sounds at the same time (gibberish) helps to release tensions in the body-mind, unblock emotions, experience a sense of aliveness and freedom and not take yourself sooooo seriously! This is going to be fun!
